Ive got a 2005 1.6 polo comfortline and sudden this morning while in 5 i loss
power i geared down and this still happened ,once i was in second i got power
again..WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM.

avatar This can be a number of things, but the obvious parts that needs to be checked
out first are the pencil coils. But also check your air flow meter.... It's
difficult to say if you don't see what the car is doing, but I'll say it's
something to do with the electronics.

I recently sent my car for service with your Branch in Midrand. I was so
unhappy to find out that my car was not washed as compared to other service
centres & my history book was not stamped.Unsatisfactory service, this branch
needs to be informed as they will lose customers. why can't GW Midrand charge
to wash the car as it is disgusting to fetch a serviced car full of oils all
over. I paid R1500 & felt robbed & cheated as I feel the service was not up to
scratch. Please advise of the dos & don't of your Midrand Branch?

Thank you for your comment. We will take it up with the branch,
however, the service station at GW Midrand is in no ways connected to Goldwagen
at all, it is the owner's own workshop.

You can however take it up with Jacques
from Midrand GW on telephone number 011 315 0391.

will take it up with the branch. This is the first complaint we got regarding
the branch's service center and can assure you we will address the
situation.
